MDR is:                       - A breakthrough new therapy sweeping through Europe and the USA.

                                  - Short for Movement Desensitization Reintegration.

                                           - (The E in EMDR stands for Eye.)

                                  - A therapy that uses bilateral body movements (ie tapping your knees

                                    alternately) to pulse the hemispheres of your brain in such a way that

                                    negative emotions are eliminated!

                                  - Effective within one to three sessions - no more therapy that lasts

                                    for months or years.

                                  - A therapy that can be taught for self-use.

 

MDR can help with:      - Very emotional or upsetting experiences.

                                  - Traumatic memories.

                                  - Out-of-control emotions.

                                  - Grief and loss.

                                  - Depression.

                                  - Relationship issues.

                                  - Conflict and stress.

                                  - Anxiety disorder including Panic attacks.

                                  - Phobias.

MDR sessions:              - Usually last one hour, but sometimes take a bit longer.

                                  - Cost $80 (no extra charge if sessions exceed one hour duration).
